1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In case of high demand or stock shortages, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.
2. Shipping Costs
- Inside Dhaka: ৳60
- Outside Dhaka: ৳100
- The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Changes to Orders
- Orders cannot be modified once they are shipped.
- For changes or cancellations, please contact us before shipment.
4. Delivery Delays
