Return & Refund Policy

At Imporzaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

Due to the nature of imported products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Opened, used, or tampered products

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer relationship team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Approval & Inspection

  • Once approved, the product must be returned according to our instructions.
  • After receiving the item, our team will inspect it.
  • If the return criteria are met, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after inspection approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement delivery time depends on stock availability.
  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • For all other approved returns, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare products
  • Items without original packaging or seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

8. Policy Abuse

  • False claims are made
  • Evidence of product misuse is found
  • Repeated policy abuse is detected
