At Imporzaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
Due to the nature of imported products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Opened, used, or tampered products
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer relationship team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Return Approval & Inspection
- Once approved, the product must be returned according to our instructions.
- After receiving the item, our team will inspect it.
- If the return criteria are met, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after inspection approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
- If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacement delivery time depends on stock availability.
- If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- For all other approved returns, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used beauty/skincare products
- Items without original packaging or seals
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
8. Policy Abuse
- False claims are made
- Evidence of product misuse is found
- Repeated policy abuse is detected
